Once downloaded click "Notifications" and if there's an update available, click Update. Download the Plantronics Hub if not downloaded already. Plugin the included USB cable from your Plantronics charging base to your computer. Place your headset in the charging base. Wait 10 seconds then replug both the AC power and battery in like normal.
